Yesterday I had some nice time, decorating the Christmas tree and hanging all these sparkling Christmas'ish thingies all over the house. But holiday preparations still don't quite seem complete. Cause there's still my season's favourite tradition to do - write a note, wishing all the lovely people here merry Christmas and a happy New Year! And also thank you all for your constant support!

Looking through the window these days almost feels like being in a fairytale - there's snow all over, covering tree branches and rooftops like a sugar glaze. So let me wish you that all the beautiful fairytale miracles that you'd ever dreamed of come true for you, bringing the brightest smiles, warmest love and never-ending inspiration.

Seems like all your good luck wishes for the exams really helped. I'm happy with my results and finally I can start enjoying my lazy holidays, yay!!

3rd year at Uni... Sometimes busy, sometimes boring and sometimes quite good. Glad that I can still find several minutes to pick up pencil, even if I should be reading law precedents at that time. Anyways, hope that you are all doing well and enjoying all the colourful leaves.

This journal note mostly is to say that I finally got over laziness and started submitting my drawings for prints.

Talking about other news, my exam session is finally finished, so I can start transforming from zombie into human again..
And it was a nice little surprise to see that along with dA's Premium print account I also got a 3 month subscription. So now I'm trying to enjoy all the benefits of the new layout. I think it makes the pages seem a little bit messy, but on the whole, it's nice to see the fresh looks after all this time.

No matter how busy we are, Christmas always comes on time, as if to remind that there are much more important things than uni exams, which don't let you sleep at night, or an ugly weather, keeping you asleep the whole day.. I just thought it's about time to change the old journal entry and write down several updates about this and that. So don't hesitate to skip this if you appreciate your free minutes.

Today we finally had the season's first snow and I caught the season's third cold. But I hope some tea & honey will do the job soon. Anyway, even though I'd been fearing for the cold weather, it brought some beautiful sunshine after almost a month of dark autumn, together with a much better mood to live with. I've just finished and sent a drawing, which is going to be a Christmas present, for one lovely dA commissioner, and I'm gonna post it here soon after writing this journal. And to my own surprise, I'm already drawing another picture, which is going to be digital this time. Your support after my first digital pieces has brought me much more confidence to keep on practising and this time I'm enjoying the whole drawing process more than ever. As for the concept- let it be a little surprise.

Of course, the graphite pencil is still by my side and I'm not going to ever give it up, I only need a new, good idea for the next black & white drawing. And some more free time wouldn't be that bad, either.

Oh and I had another (2nd so far) accident, dealing with art theft. So I'm planning on putting watermarks on my older pictures, as well. I honestly don't understand such people, however, I'm really glad that dA solves these kind of things very quickly.
