Many Thank You's to `guitarjohnny

for letting me use one of his wonderful wildlife photos, called "Hypnotize", as a reference!

The pictures of such adorable animals like tigers have always fascinated me, so I thought why not making one for myself.

This week I came back from my two-weeks holidays in nature, missing drawing more than ever. So it didn't take me much time to sit down and finish this A3 size picture. My kitty looked slightly frightened when I showed him the finished drawing, and that's quite a compliment I guess.

WOW! It's so amazing! I absolutely adore the detailing in the fur, eyes and whiskers.

The tiger looks so life like. His eyes seem to look directly at the viewer capturing our attention and holding our gaze. He seems so powerful and persuasive. One look into those brilliant eyes and you’re taken in. It’s almost like he can hypnotise his pray just with his eyes and then when you least expect it he pounces. It’s like for a tiny moment his pray (me) is lost in the tranquility of his still of his beautiful eyes.

You are so incredibly talented! I love your work!
